Identity Verification System

The Identity Verification System I designed is a cutting-edge platform that simplifies and secures the process of verifying user identities during onboarding for services like Uber, Airbnb, or even scooter rentals. The system allows users to complete the verification process, while providing administrators with clear insights into transaction statuses and detailed reports. The platform integrates with external applications, allowing customization to fit specific branding and UI requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience across different touchpoints.

Challenge

The challenge was to design an intuitive, user-friendly interface for both the end-user and administrators. Users needed to undergo an identity verification process that required several document checks (driver’s licenses, photos, etc.), while administrators required a comprehensive view of verification data, including transaction histories, and the ability to approve or reject transactions based on system checks.

Solution

To address the challenge, I created a responsive, customizable interface that integrates all the required identity verification features in one seamless flow. The platform displays the user’s identity data, lists the verification checks performed, and offers a clear, easy-to-understand view of the transaction status. Administrators can approve or reject transactions based on real-time verification data.
